Makassed Ali Ben Abi Taleb College was awarded this certificate due to its participation in the BBC News Report 2012 project. This project was the outcome of a collaboration between the British Council and BBC News. They worked together to give students in the UK and around the world an exciting opportunity to make and broadcast their own news stories with their Connecting Classrooms partners.
