Chemical Reaction

 Grade 7 students were the center of the class in the teaching learning process referring to the chemical reaction’s lesson. Some students have previously prepared power point presentations that included activities to assess their colleagues’ understanding. Students enjoyed taking the role of the teacher and being the boss of the class. In this way, students will be self learning and peer coaching.

تلذّذ أطفال الرّوضة الثّانية ( أ ) بأشهى سلطة فاكهة من صنع أناملهم الصغيرة حيث ميّزوا أنواع الفاكهة الّتي تنمو على شتلة أو على شجرة، كما اختبروا أنواع الفاكهة الّتي تؤكل مقشّرة أو بقشرها. فإلى اللّقاء في أنشطة لاحقة مفيدة وممتعة في وحدة " غذائي صحّتي ".

Acids & Bases

A.B.A.T six graders have encountered a new experience this year in learning about acid- base. Students were divided into groups; some were identifying the nature of substances from their daily life as acidic or basic. They tested lemon, orange, liquid detergent, vinegar, and tomato using litmus paper, phenolphthalein and pH meter. Other groups were excited about working the virtual lab, where they predicted and then measured the pH of different substances using PH meter. This new approach, ICT integrated, attracted this digital learning generation’s attention which helped them grasp the concept with enthusiasm.

اختتم أطفال صفّ الروضة الثّانية ( أ ) وحدة جسمي وحواسي بنشاط تحت عنوان " أسناني البيضاء "،حيث أحضروا فرشاة أسنانهم والمعجون الخاص بهم وتعلّموا الطريقة الصحيحة لتنظيفها .كما قاموا بصنع تاج يمثّل عنوان النّشاط و وزّع عليهم جدول شهري لتسجيل الأيّام الّتي نظّفوا فيها أسنانهم . ومن سيكمل الجدول سيحصل على هديّة تشجيعيّة تحثّه على الاستمرار بالاعتناء بنظافة أسنانه.فهيّا يا أطفالي لننجح في المهمّة!
